Smdh…another mother is left to mourn the death of her son after he was shot down by 75yr old neighbor who thought the little boy robbed his house. Darius Simmons who was known to be a funny, smart and outgoing kid went outside to bring the garbage can back to the yard, when he was approached by John Henry Spooner, the 75yr old neighbor. John Spooner, who is suffering from cancer, confronted Darius about some guns that were stolen from his home earlier in the week. Darius explained to John that he knew nothing about it and denied stealing them, –his mother, who was also outside, told John Spooner to leave them alone. John then pulled out a gun and shot the boy twice, Darius died a few hours later.
Unbelievable! This has got to stop people! Where killing off our youth one day at a time..smh,–they’re our future. And what makes it sooo bad is that it’s senseless killings. Wake up PEOPLE!!
