Word is that Bey will be taking over the stage on Feb 3 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans during halftime for the 2013 NFL Superbowl!!
A source from the Super Bowl XLVII told The Associated Press that Bey will be taking the stage at halftime and may even be bringing out some special guests for collabos, which could likely include– her hubby Jay Z or former Destiny Child singers Michelle and Kelley!! Who knows? Maybe she’ll even have some new music out by then, either way..I’m sure she’ll put on a good show!!
However, this is major for the city of New Orleans who haven’t hosted a Super Bowl since 2002, making next year’s game the first NFL championship in the city since Hurricane Katrina ripped through Louisiana Superdome back in 2005.
