Halle Berry is tired of the U.S and all the freedom that comes with it –Such as, the lack of privacy due to the paparazzi and non stop camera shots from the public. So if the judge give the OK in the ugly custody battle she have going on with Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, the father of her 4yr old daughter Nahla.{ && it’s been pretty ugly to say the least}; she’ll be heading to France!!! She has moved on from any thought of reconciling with Gabriel, and even though she vowed to never marry again, (after being married twice) she did accept the engagement from her new beau Olivier Martinez!! When asked, “what happen to you never walking down that aisle again?” I could only imagine Halle grinning from ear to ear as she stated: ‘I swore it off, right? Never say never, people.’
Halle plans on moving to France once the custody battle is over and has been looking at different preschools in Paris lately for her daughter due to the overwhelming amount of paparazzi surrounding her little girl.
Halle told Terri Seymour of Extra,
“Yeah, there are laws like in France, which is the reason I want go there, Laws that protect children, protect right to privacy. All I want is for my family and myself to have a normal life. When I’m not at work, that’s very important to me.”
